Today after band practise, ~K-iLO and Jared introduced me to their custom of goin into their neighborhood's woods and havin a friggin adventure. We started down a steep hill of loose rocks and crossing a brook, my foot slipped all the way into the water. Nice way to start things off, eh? Well we kept on rollin thru the woods eventually we all had ourselves a branch of some sort to wave webs away or hold bushes and thorns safely out of range. The others two, however thought their sticks weren't good enuf and toppled a whole friggin tree just for new ones! Although I got a new one too . Anyway we found ourselves crossing this one brook continuously from side to side in order to keep goin forward... one that I observed had about more than a dozen mosquitoes on the surface! Needless to say we crossed another way from there. We climbed this hill, under a fallen tree trunk, up over to a ledge just overlooking the path to our exit. One problem though... its too damn high and we have to retrace our steps to get there. K-iLO pole vaulted himself across the brook with his stcik while me and Jared had discovered a way to simply walk over... K-iLO was pissed. Me an Jared made a way up a steep-ass hill that was pretty much the side of a tree trunk toward the exit, when we noticed K-iLO was stuck behind a bunch of thorns... he pretty much just tore thru them like an idiot. Half-way out and under a lot of thorns, my hair got caught and I had to have Jared untangle me, and then we were out! My hair was screwed, my skin itched, my school shoes were covered in mud and i had a pretty bad cut that i didnt notice until we got bak to Jared's place. Best thing about it is that there were some pretty badass places to take pictures bak there. I think i have to go bak now... with my non-waterproof camera. Crap
